MENG has created two ways in which recruiter partners can send search descriptions to the MENG membership: Direct Job Post and Cloaked, Screened Search. NOTE: MENG membership is for executives who earn over $160k and while you may pass along lower paid jobs, it is not the best target for such postings. In regards to cloaked or blind postings please note: Since we realize there may be special circumstances requiring the hiring party to be kept confidential, MENG allows cloaked or blind job postings. However, since some blind leads are posted simply for the purpose of collecting resumes. we suggest that our members proceed with caution whenever the company is not identified. Direct Job PostSubmissions are sent to one or more email lists that are subscribed to by those MENG members searching for new positions. This is the simplest, fastest, and most direct way to reach qualified applicants. We do require our partners to provide a return email address so that MENG members can reply to you directly. Please fill out our short form to submit a job posting. Cloaked, Screened SearchYou can submit a job spec directly to our Partnership Development Committee via recruiters@mengonline.com. We will then issue a cloaked version of your job description internally, screen responses for your specific requirements, and then provide you with a short list of qualified candidates for you to contact at your discretion. Approval for such requests is granted on a case-by-case basis and there is no fee at this time for this service. | ||
