MENG has a program that prevents that from happening: a webinar entitled, "Guided Tour of MENG and MENG Online." This program is held each month and is designed to ensure that each and every member is making the most of their membership. We talk about the history of the organization, our values and working norms, and review the important ins and outs of our website. Depending on the size of the group we also "go around the room" and introduce ourselves in order to network and get to know our fellow members just a little bit better.
