Dan Ross
Daniel Ross currently leads a Master Brokerage Business focused on helping US businesses find distribution overseas. Prior to starting this venture he led the international expansion of such major Health and Beauty Aids businesses as Sally Hansen, Kiss and Broadway Nails, Wet’n’Wild and Orajel over the course of the last 15 years, significantly increasing sales and profits for these businesses. During this time, he has launched new products in Europe, Mexico, Canada and Japan; negotiated Distribution, License and Joint Venture Agreements in more than twenty countries; repackaged and relaunched products in the U.K., Australia and many other markets; and, in tandem with distributors, expanded distribution to new retailers and listings within retailers.
Prior to this Dan had been Chief Financial Officer for Seagram’s Asia Pacific Division, leading acquisitions in Australia and Korea and participating in turnarounds in Australia, Korea and Japan. Dan has negotiated joint venture, licensing and distribution agreements in many markets. Coupled with his sales/marketing experience and a stint in operations. Dan’s analytic grounding enable him to handle all aspects of international business. Dan has traveled extensively for business over the course of the last 25 years, visiting 40 countries and being involved in many more.
Dan has an MBA from New York University and a BA from the College of the City of New York. He is an adjunct professor at Centenary College in Economics and Finance and is active in local civic affairs and community service.
