Annette DiSanoAnnette DiSano is a senior executive whose background includes consumer packaged goods, hard goods and service industries in both large publicly traded corporations as well as smaller entrepreneurial environments. The first part of her career was spent in consumer packaged goods working first for Knudsen Corporation and then Hunt-Wesson (now part of Con Agra -brands include national introduction of Hunts All Natural BBQ Sauce, Rosarita Mexican Food and Manwich). Her last affiliation in a CPG environment was as VP Marketing/Sales for the mainland division of Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Corporation. She then successfully transitioned to consumer electronics at a senior level (SVP Marketing/Sales); recruited to Infinity Systems (part of Harman International), a high end audio company. More recently she held general management positions (Chief Operating Officer) at two entrepreneurial companies (one in the consumer electronics industry and one in consumer products) in the $30MM to $35MM range. Responsibilities have included Strategic, Operational, Business Development (marketing and sales) and Financial Management (P & L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow management) for products sold through a wide range of retail channels (grocery, drug, club, mass market, department stores, mid tier chains, national consumer electronic chains) and direct through catalogs and the internet. She is currently Chief Operating Officer of NETSHARE, Inc., a membership organization providing career management products/services to senior executives.
